This MicroMash® Bar Review Deferred Payment Plan Agreement (the “Agreement”) establishes the terms and conditions of your purchase of the MicroMash Bar Review.
Scope of Agreement. You agree to purchase the MicroMash Bar Review (including the MBE Review and state study materials) for the above selected state and exam date. This agreement is valid only for the above selected state and exam date.
- Payment of Deposit. Upon submission of this agreement, your credit card will immediately be charged a deposit of $300.00, a finance charge of $50.00 and any applicable shipping costs.
- Payment of Remaining Cost. The remaining cost of your MicroMash Bar Review plus applicable tax will be charged to your credit card on Wednesday, August 25, 2010.
